Lors de la connexion de mon carbotic en USB, je vois bien un iPhone connecté pendant 1s mais immédiatement il est immédiatement déconnecté. Que puis-je faire ?

When connecting my carbotic via USB, I see an iPhone connected for 1s but immediately it is immediately disconnected. What can I do ?
@peb, welcome on board. For a start: Carbotics needs a wired Apple Carplay connection and wants to be the boss of your entertainment. If you have already an iPhone or an Android mobile connected to your head unit it is not possible to connect another (a Carbotics) unit. Please disconnect any Bluetooth or wired connection to your head unit. Now connect Carbotics to your USB port and it should boot successful. Please connect your phone through Carbotics and not direct to the head unit!
If it still does not boot 1. try to connect to a friend's car, 2. connect to a PC for a minute or two (it won't boot, but it will sort screen problems), 3. check again if there are other connections to the head unit, 4. visit your Lexus dealer and ask for an update (tell them that you need wired Carplay).
If all fails please tell us what you have already done to enable us to give more specific help. Please be patient, standard boot will take up to 40 seconds, first boot can take up to two minutes.
Bye for now Fred

On the other hand, when I connect it to my car, without any other phone connected or registered, the device is detected but it is immediately marked as disconnected and nothing appears on the screen. And I also tested my car socket with an iPhone and it works fine.
@peb: Try to restart your head unit (usually a long press on volume control or on/off) after Carbotics shows a steady red LED and a slowly blinking blue LED (Carbotics correctly booted up). This way Carbotics is the first unit in the row and should start. If this doesn't work you have to ask your Lexus dealer because there is something not compliant to the Apple Carplay protocol (have no Lexus, can't test).

@peb I had the same problem on my car I solved it by updating the firmware, download the latest version available and copy it to an sd card. connected to the friend's car on which he saw that it worked and start the update. At the end after re-verifying the operation on your friend's car. connected to your car and you will see that the carbotics will be recognised.
